    STRONG PLUS: Environmental Services, Water Diagnostic & Water Treatment, Infection Control / Hygiene / Sterile Services, or Facilities-Related offerings

    Territory:

    Midwest / Northeast USA.

    About the Company:

    This recruitment is on behalf of our client, a manufacturer of innovative infection prevention filters, with a strong international presence and growing client portfolio in the USA. As part of our strategic business development support, we are recruiting to build our client's sales team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Active lead generation
    • Field sales cold-calling
    • Sell infection prevention water technology
    • Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
    • Build relationships with Facilities, Infection Prevention, Risk Management personnel

    Requirements:

    • Hospitals / acute care / long-term care relationships
    • Field sales experience
    • 80% overnight travel (valid Driver's License with safe motor vehicle record)
    • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or other relevant field is preferable
    • 5+ years of sales experience
    • Experience selling Environmental Services, Water Diagnostic & Water Treatment, Infection Control / Hygiene / Sterile Services, or Facilities-Related offerings, preferably to hospital facilities and/or Infection Control departments
    • High computer literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)
    • Authorized for employment in the United States (no employer sponsorship)

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary + Uncapped commissions aiming $140,000-$180,000 OTE
