- Identify and target potential clients through daily cold calling efforts, market research, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and implement strategic plans to approach and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to acquire new clients.
- Develop proposals outlining the firm's services, capabilities and unique value propositions that meet clients' specific requirements
- Maintain a detailed and organized pipeline of potential clients, leads and ongoing opportunities utilizing the CRM system to ensure accurate record keeping and data analysis
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships through cross-selling additional services.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct research to understand client industries thoroughly, enabling effective communication and tailored solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance business development efforts.
- Bachelor's degree required
