    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Industrial Chain Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling industrial chains to various clients within designated territories. You will cultivate relationships, identify sales opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
    • Experienced working in Industrial Chain Products, conveyor chains, gears, gear boxes and conveyor belts
    • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
    • Valid Passport, driver's license, and clean driving record.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

    Identify target customers, push sales & complete sale process to manage sales.

    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
    • Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients regarding product selection and application.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
    • Analyze market to obtain latest trend, customer needs, competitor position & depth of customer base to redesign marketing strategy.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.
    • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products and services.

    Location: Hybrid Work Environment

    Travel: Up to 30% with North America region. Occasional travel to India
