    As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support a Founder and Co-Founder. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is willing to commit to overtime and weekend availability as needed to support the executives effectively.

    Client Details

    A leading financial services firm known for their innovative approach and commitment to excellence. Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Founder and Co-Founder. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of their fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Description

    • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and communications, ensuring timely responses.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive review.
    • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address issues before they arise.
    • Assist with special projects, including research, analysis, and coordination of initiatives.
    • Provide support for board meetings, investor relations, and other high-level engagements.
    • Maintain organized filing systems and document management for efficient retrieval.

    Profile

    • Previous experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial services industry.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a tough, fast-paced environment with high demands and changing priorities.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed to support executives.
    • Willingness to adapt to a demanding and ever-changing work environment.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently without compromising accuracy.

    Job Offer

    • On-going contract (minimally 4-6 weeks).
    • Benefits offered day one through Aetna (health, vision, and dental).
