Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.
This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development.Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team
Experience:
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with document management systems such as DocuSign
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
