Responsibilities:

Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally, to optimize time management.

Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, attend, and take minutes at meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.

Office Organization: Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a clean and orderly workspace.

Visitor Reception: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.

Office Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs and servicing.

Employee Engagement: Collaborate with various departments to create and manage engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and events that promote a sense of belonging and purpose.

Onboarding and Orientation: Ensure new employees are introduced to the company culture and values during the onboarding process, helping them integrate seamlessly into the organization.

Culture Advocacy: Serve as an ambassador for the company culture, ensuring it is communicated consistently and is reflected in everyday activities and decisions.

Communication: Facilitate open communication channels that allow employees to provide feedback, voice concerns, and make suggestions that contribute to the enhancement of the workplace culture.

Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in the onboarding process. Facilitate training and introduction programs.

Compliance and Policies: Assist to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Assist in policy dissemination and enforcement.

Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in resolving basic employee relations issues.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
