The Role:


We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO/Founder directly as well as own our New York office's operations.

This is a chance to work with real operators at a global startup on the forefront of crypto compliance solutions.

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup
  • Outstanding communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a bias towards action
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to work with people in a variety of roles
  • Proficiency in Gsuite, Slack and Zoom
  • Ability to work in office in our NYC office 3 days a week (T/W/Th)

  • Provide comprehensive support to our CEO, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling complex travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
  • Help with managing tasks and action items, proactively following up on open items and assisting in drafting messages or taking notes.
  • Take ownership of our New York City office, ensuring it runs seamlessly by coordinating vendors, welcoming guests, and maintaining office inventory.
  • Assist the global People team in the organization of team events, getting creative with ways to bring people together and show appreciation to our employees.

Benefits:

The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 for NYC based applicants. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location.
