Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Act as the point of contact between family members, professional and personal relationships, and internal/external clients and vendors
  • Assist with personal tasks
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Travel arrangement
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Organize and coordinate household activities
- arrange meetings (in-person/zoom), meals and phone calls

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
  • Assist with document preparation and editing
  • Utilize software such as DocuSign for document signing
  • Manage bills payments

Skills:

- experience assisting senior executives

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels, both verbally and in writing required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to negotiate problems and to get things done.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Work directly with all internal team members / account teams and clients as the point person for coordinating meetings
This is a full-time position.


Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
