    Job Description:
    This role requires a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the IT Managed Services (IT -MSP) space, especially with IT MSP organizations focusing on providing subscription IT support services (Recurring Revenue). In this context ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in marketing automation, with a proven track record of successful automated campaigns, SEO strategies, website optimization, and webinar management. This role requires someone who is at the forefront of marketing technology, utilizing AI tools to enhance and optimize marketing efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Promotion of IT Managed Services
      • Structure and execute campaigns to communicate the benefits and value outsourced IT services can provide business, especially for small to medium-sized businesses (SMB).
      • Experience on communicating value contribution of continuous client services leading to monthly recurring revenue agreements (MSA).
    • Marketing Automation:
      • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing automation campaigns to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
      • Utilize marketing automation platforms to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of marketing campaigns.
    • AI Tools Integration:
      • Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
      • Stay informed about the latest AI technologies and propose innovative ways to incorporate them into marketing initiatives.
    • SEO Campaigns:
      • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
      • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to continuously optimize content and website performance.
    • Website Optimization:
      • Lead efforts in optimizing website content, structure, and performance to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates.
      • Implement A/B testing and other analytical methods to identify and implement improvements.
    • Webinars:
      • Plan, organize, and execute successful webinar campaigns to engage target audiences and generate leads.
      • Evaluate webinar performance and make data-driven recommendations for future enhancements.
    • Other Marketing:
      • Participate, organize live events with vendors and clients.
      • Explore participation in industry trade shows, conferences, partner events
    Required Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5-10 years) in marketing automation, SEO, website optimization, and webinar management.
    • Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI tools for marketing purposes.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Proactive attitude with a focus on staying ahead in the ever-evolving field of marketing technology.
