Product Marketing Specialist, Capital Markets Technology
Description
:
In this role, you will support the overarching product positioning and competitive differentiation for the Capital Markets Technology business across all stages of the buyer and customer journey.
This includes the development of product content (
factsheets, videos, training, guides), sales collateral and training to support awareness, discovery, purchasing decision and customer experience to support exceptional customer satisfaction.
You will need to be able to communicate the product's benefits, features and functionality to both internal stakeholders and external audiences and create compelling portfolio wide propositions & programs to propel more strategic conversations & multi-product sales.
In addition, you will be expected to closely partner with product management, sales, and client success to develop client feedback mechanisms to continue to hone and enhance the product offering(s) and incorporate that feedback into marketing strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
:
- Collaborate with the Product Team to develop compelling, differentiated product messaging and positioning throughout the buyer's journey.
- Develop and educate internal teams on our customer personas, the value propositions for each, and develop compelling messaging that will address their needs for the jobs to be done.
- Closely collaborate with Revenue Marketing team to build compelling, highperforming marketing campaigns that contribute to increased sales pipeline and new customer acquisition.
- Become an expert on the market, competitive landscape, and buyer needs and behaviors, with documented materials and regular presentations to educate internal teams.
- Conceptualize, write copy and provide art direction for educational and valuebased product content for a variety of channels and purposes.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality, creativity and attention to detail.
Qualifications
:
- Have
4+ years B2B product marketing experience and
proven success in launching new products and/or new GTM product promotion

Excellent writing skills for creating content and collateral (including white papers, data sheets, web copy, social media copy, case studies, etc.)

Experience with persona-based marketing and content generation

- Successful track record of working in a collaborative, crossfunctional team.
- Creativity with outofthe box thinking and an interest in trying and learning new things.
- Selfdirected, resourceful and accountable with a positive "can do" attitude.
