    Marketing Automation Specialist. Wij vinden het zelf ook een mouthful. Niet helemaal passend bij de vacature zelfs, want in deze functie maak je ingewikkelde dingen juist eenvoudig. Het leven is al ingewikkeld genoeg, vind je niet?
    Als Marketing Automation Specialist bij Digital Growth Agency werk je in een perfecte yin-yang-situatie tussen dingen doen die je al kan en nieuw terrein ontdekken. Voor allerlei verschillende klanten. Een nieuw systeem, een grote update, een andere manier van werken. Zolang het er maar beter op wordt, kan je wat ons betreft helemaal los.
    Je komt te werken in ons techteam. Samen met de rest van het team bouw je aan de groei van snelgroeiende klanten. Je gaat automations bouwen met ActiveCampaign (lees hier bijvoorbeeld de case over time to momo ) en Salesforce Pardot, koppelingen leggen met Zapier en nieuwe marketing automation systemen opzetten. We beloven je dat je je niet zult vervelen. Toch even tijd om uit je neus te eten? Dacht het niet, er moeten architectuurkeuzes gemaakt worden.     Je minimaal 2 jaar ervaring hebt als Marketing Automation Specialist
    ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Pardot en Zapier geen geheimen voor jou hebben
    Je niet bang bent om nieuwe systemen te leren kennen
    Je het leuk vindt om op strategisch niveau mee te denken voor onze klanten
    Ervaring bij een ander bureau isheel fijn, maar geen voorwaarde
    Persoonlijkheid

    Je mee wilt bouwen aan het team en het bedrijf
    Je vindt het belangrijk om deadlines te halen dus afspraken moeten voor jou wel altijd haalbaarzijn
    Je bent ambitieus en wil grote stappen zetten. Je bent dan dus ook niet bang voor de druk die daarbij komt kijken.

    Daarnaast bieden we jou de unieke kans om mee te bouwen aan dit bureau. We zoeken mensen die er vol voor gaan. Met jouw ideeën en uitvoering zorg je voor de ontwikkeling van het team en van jezelf. Je zult hier sneller leren en groeien dan ooit tevoren.
    Salaris . Op basis van jouw ervaring tussen de €3.000en €4.500 bruto per maand.
    Winstuitkering . Maken we er een mooi jaar van, dan is er een bonus in januari.
    Pensioenregeling . Zo hoef je je geen zorgen te maken over je oude dag.
    Fijn werken

    Onbeperkte vakantiedagen . Jij weet het best waar je aan toe bent, als je er maar minimaal 20 opneemt
    Hybride werken . Dit mag je zelf invullen. Je kan gaan vooreen mooie splitsing tussen thuiswerken en op kantoor, maar als je elke dag op kantoor bent vinden we dat ook heel gezellig
