• Lead the founding of the Culture by creating the values and vision of the company, recruiting the Founding Team and designing all People Systems for the company (Recruitment and Selection, Integration, Feedback, Training, Development, etc.).
• Design and implement an agile culture through a work structure based on cells, training 90% in Reforge Growth Series, teaching the Lean Startup course, and structuring meetings, among others.

• Conduct a diagnosis of the company's environment and culture to implement change management activities, such as the implementation of rituals, symbols, meetings, and the design and implementation of the onboarding plan.
• Reduce the time of the selection process by 90% through the automation of interview scheduling and the training of various stakeholders to conduct interviews.
• Increase the pool of Tech candidates by 70% through Employee Branding: university events, expert talks (Move Forward), and a gamified recruitment system.
