    Description

    Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team. In this position, you will utilize your expertise in marketing automation platforms to simplify marketing workflows, customize customer experiences, and boost campaign effectiveness.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and create automated marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation software.
    • Organize and segment customer data for targeted and relevant marketing communications.
    • Create landing pages, email templates, and other marketing assets for automated campaigns.
    • Analyze performance metrics of marketing automation campaigns and discover areas for enhancement.
    • Integrate marketing automation tools with other marketing and CRM systems for data synchronization.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows to ensure optimal functionality.
    • Keep updated on the latest marketing automation trends and tools for identifying new opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
    • Solid understanding of marketing automation concepts, campaign workflows, and segmentation strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing automation data and identifying trends.
    • Proficient in email marketing best practices and copywriting.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
