As a Physical Therapist Assistant with over thirteen years of experience, I have honed my skills across a broad spectrum of patient populations, extending from neurological conditions to high-performance athletes. My background includes implementing advanced return to sport  programs tailored to the specific needs of elite athletes, thereby optimizing their performance and recovery times as well as maximizing postoperative outcomes. . 

Current role as Senior PTA includes onboarding and training new hire PTAs and PTs, ensuring they swiftly adapt to clinical and administrative demands. I take pride in my leadership role, where I have successfully promoted high value care, diligently monitoring and adjusting exercise progressions and overseeing clinical care standards.  Motivated to improve care, I've created targeted educational content to enhance the knowledge and skills of our clinicians and improve outcomes. This includes four inservice presentations and one STARS Lecture Series. 

Holds credentials such as the Functional Range Systems Internal Strength Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine among various other certifications.  Driven by a commitment to continual learning and growth.  As a testament to my entrepreneurial spirit, I founded Stealth Marketing Solutions, a venture dedicated to facilitating business optimization and growth in the rehabilitation and wellness industry. Holds strong leadership potential, effective communication skills, and mature problem-solving capabilities that allow for handling challenging situations effectively and maturely.
