    Director of Operations - Restaurants

    Location: New York

    Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

    The Company:

    I have teamed up with a prestigious international brand who are looking for a Director of Operations to come on board their team. Joining their team means being part of an exceptional culinary experience where high-quality food and service are paramount. This role offers the chance to work with a renowned Michelin Star chef, adding a unique and prestigious dimension to your career.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead operations to ensure the restaurant upholds the highest quality service and food standards
    • Create and execute business and financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maximize profitability
    • Ensure compliance with company required standards in areas of staffing; restaurant operations; employee and guest relations; labour costs; beverage costs, food costs, sanitation and food preparation
    • Develop and train high performing teams to maintain a high level of service and professionalism
    • Represent the brand and culture in the best possible light
    • Stay up to date with local competition, industry trends and best practices to devise effective strategies that optimize sales
    Director of Operations Requirements:
    • 3+ years management experience within an elevated, high-volume restaurant
    • Experience with new restaurant openings is preferred
    • A guest first mentality and collaborative approach with the team is paramount
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Strong financial acumen
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule
    • A committed, natural leader who has an entrepreneurial mindset and maintains poise under pressure
