- Deliver outstanding service and communication to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
- Become the resident expert on your client's industry and marketing.
- Identify client goals, track, and report on appropriate KPIs
- Present monthly reports, Quarterly Business reviews as well as additional strategic recommendations based on a strong understanding of performance data and the next steps in growing your clients' digital performance.
- Coordinate efforts of the agency team to deliver a high level of performance
- Document customer interactions and agency tasks using CRM software (Hubspot) and project management software (Asana)
- Take the lead on monthly client meetings and weekly updates
- Take ownership of project management processes and workflow
- Develop and maintain a solid knowledge base of evolving digital marketing services
- Identify & present client growth opportunities and upsells
- Proactively manage the profitability and growth of your portfolio of clients.
- SOP and process development and optimization cross-functionally
- Train and mentor Account Coordinators or Managers by building career development plans and preparing them for career growth
- Lead client de-escalation for yourself and the team of account coordinators or managers
- Associate degree in marketing or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3-5 years of work in marketing
- 2-3 years of agency experience
- 1-2 years of proven track record of management and leadership
- Strong skills in organization, leadership, and interpersonal communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fundamental knowledge of SEO, Facebook advertising, Google Ads, content, web development, and email marketing
- Experience with project management software (Asana preferred)
