    Bear Fox Marketing is on the hunt for a talented Senior Account Manager who can oversee campaigns, impress clients, and sprinkle a touch of humor along the way

    As the primary interface between our agency and clients, you'll be the secret ingredient that makes our campaigns shine. With your knowledge of digital marketing, impeccable organization skills, and a knack for delighting clients, you'll be the hero they never knew they needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver outstanding service and communication to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
    • Become the resident expert on your client's industry and marketing.
    • Identify client goals, track, and report on appropriate KPIs
    • Present monthly reports, Quarterly Business reviews as well as additional strategic recommendations based on a strong understanding of performance data and the next steps in growing your clients' digital performance.
    • Coordinate efforts of the agency team to deliver a high level of performance
    • Document customer interactions and agency tasks using CRM software (Hubspot) and project management software (Asana)
    • Take the lead on monthly client meetings and weekly updates
    • Take ownership of project management processes and workflow
    • Develop and maintain a solid knowledge base of evolving digital marketing services
    • Identify & present client growth opportunities and upsells
    • Proactively manage the profitability and growth of your portfolio of clients.
    • SOP and process development and optimization cross-functionally
    • Train and mentor Account Coordinators or Managers by building career development plans and preparing them for career growth
    • Lead client de-escalation for yourself and the team of account coordinators or managers

    ​Qualifications:

    • Associate degree in marketing or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
    • 3-5 years of work in marketing
    • 2-3 years of agency experience
    • 1-2 years of proven track record of management and leadership
    • Strong skills in organization, leadership, and interpersonal communication
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Fundamental knowledge of SEO, Facebook advertising, Google Ads, content, web development, and email marketing
    • Experience with project management software (Asana preferred)
