    Position Overview: As the Human Resources and Recruiting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's talent strategy and ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will oversee all aspects of HR and recruiting functions, collaborating closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions.
    3. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and qualifications.
    4. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
    5. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    6. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
    7. Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
    8. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    9. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
    10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruiting to continuously improve processes and procedures.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    2. At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruiting.
    3. Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
    4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to government contractors.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
    6. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.
    7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    8. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
