    What is the role?

    IntraFi is looking for a Senior Manager, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for hiring a diverse pool of top talent; building and sustaining solid relationships with hiring managers; and fulfilling all talent acquisition needs by managing the full cycle recruiting process in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the individual to work at headquarters three days a week. Key responsibilities include:

    Talent Sourcing and Acquisition

    • Identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events)
    • Develop and execute recruiting strategies across the organization and for specific targeted departments or positions
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to final candidate selection
    • Identify, build, and sustain technology for best practice talent acquisition (ATS)
    • Stay current on market trends, diversity recruiting, and proactively identify current and future talent needs

    Collaboration with Hiring Managers

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
    • Conduct intake meetings to define job requirements, responsibilities, and candidate profiles

    Candidate Assessment

    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
    • Coordinate and participate in interview processes, providing valuable insights to hiring managers

    Employer Branding

    • Promote Intrafi as an employer of choice through compelling position descriptions, engaging recruitment materials, and participation in industry events
    • Maintain and update company intranet
    • Develop approved recruitment social media posts

    Data Analysis and Reporting

    • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on key performance indicators
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and outcomes

    Compliance and Documentation

    • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and legal requirements
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities

    You should possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:

    • 5-10 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
    • Proven experience as a corporate recruiter or in a similar role
    • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
    • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
    • Proficient with, or the ability to quickly learn, applicant-tracking software or other systems
    • Highly professional
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
    • Dependable with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
