    IT Recruiting Manager "Staff the Cloud"

    Bowman Williams is on the hunt for a staffing experienced IT Recruiting Manager to join our team
    Who is Bowman Williams?
    Bowman Williams is a specialized staffing firm for the Managed and Cloud Service Provider industry.

    What is the Managed and Cloud Service Provider Industry? An MSP is essentially an outsourced technical company that supports multiple businesses.

    Here at Bowman Williams, we fill those MSP hiring needs through direct hire/ permanent placement staffing. We do not place candidates in contract roles and place an emphasis on quality over quantity. Not to mention, we have a lot of fun doing it
    The IT Recruiting Manager's on our team are not responsible for sales but managing existing client relationships.

    The IT Recruiting Manager will have a set of client accounts working with the recruitment and sales team to match talent to job orders and drive placements to close.

    IT Recruiting Manager "Staff the Cloud" Requirements:1-5 years of experience working for a staffing firm
    Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
    Team-mentality and strong work ethic
    Strong communication skills and ability to drive deals to close
    IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.
    IT Recruiting Manager "Staff the Cloud" Salary & Benefits:
    Competitive Base Salary + Commission

    (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+)
    Unlimited Paid-Time Off (PTO).
    We take a

    2-hour lunch break EVERY DAY

    between 11:30AM – 1:30PM

    (Business hours are 8AM – 5PM.)
    We have a beautiful, new, modern office space located in Arlington, VA.
    We have a foosball table, Spikeball net, putting green, dart board, stocked fridge
    Hybrid work from home

    and in office schedule
    We have frequent company outings

    (baseball games, laser tag, bowling, tubing, happy hour)

    $75,000 - $135,000
