The support of regional technology needs is a critical part of the overall IT Department mission.

The IT Mission is to "solve and collaborate to meet organizational IT needs with secure, stable, and reliable solutions focused on high-end satisfaction in a cost-effective manner." The IT Department is a group of collaborative IT professionals working to deliver world-class support and innovation to a mostly US-based staff.

Our tools and adopted technologies are contemporary and in some cases cutting edge.


Detailed Duties:

Components of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Manage projects of new initiatives and software development related to Sales Cloud.
  • Design processes for better managing the implementation of these projects
  • Collaborate with user champions, technical leads, and broadbased AIPAC users throughout the lifecycle of the project design, installation, testing, and implementation phases. This includes prioritization of requirements and communication throughout the lifecycle of the projects
  • Document our processes in general and decision points throughout projects involved in.
  • Assist and lead training with other IT team members with the goal of instituting an environment where all ongoing projects have a higher sense of accountability, cost control, visibility, and success
  • Active Member of new and existing Software Helpdesks to respond to user inquiries

Qualifications/Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
  • Three to five years of recent experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Software QI/QA testing experience desired
  • Experience performing training strongly preferred
  • Ability to direct the work of staff and consultants engaged in various professional, technical, and clerical functions
  • Must be a strategic thinker, able to understand and act upon AIPAC's objectives.
  • Strong problem solving and research skills
  • Welldeveloped communications and interpersonal skills to be able to gather requirements information from different groups and organize requirements information for both a technical audience and nontechnical audience
  • Ability to interact with vendors professionally while holding them accountable for the proper work product, services, or equipment for which they have been engaged to implement or develop.
  • Understanding of what it will take on the technical side to achieve a requirements goal and set a reasonable time period/timeline to do it
  • Exceptional customer service/support skills, with an emphasis on understanding and patience
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Highly selfdirected, i.e., the ability to work without close and constant supervision
  • A cando attitude to do what it takes to get the job done properly
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and team player skills
  • Selfmotivated
  • Continuous learner
