Position Title:
Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer


Location:
Hybrid, Washington, D.C.

This is a direct-hire, full time position with salary and benefits.

Your future duties and responsibilities:


  • Modernize the capabilities offered by National Consumer Complaint Database (NCCDB) using the Salesforce Platform.
  • Authenticate internal FMCSA users using DOT MyAccess solution, and users external to FMCSA using
  • Implement a workflow that tracks the complaint as it moves through the handling process and allows FMCSA personnel to respond to complaints in an effective manner
  • Integrate with the data platform to store and/or retrieve information relevant to the complaint.
  • Migrate the existing complaint data to the new platform.
  • Utilize MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform to design, develop and orchestrate APIs, and implement the new data exchange platform for FMCSA.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
  • 7 years of functional experience (5+ focused on Salesforce development using Apex and Visualforce)
  • 5 years of specialized experience (3+ implementing in Platform, Service and Experience Cloud)
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as scrum, user story creation
  • Experience integrating with MuleSoft and data pipelines
  • UI/UX development experience based on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

  • Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Currently hold a Public Trust clearance with Department of Transportation

$110, $118,000.00 per year
