    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Manager with expertise in government contracting and proficiency in using Paylocity. This is a remote position. The role is based out of the Greater Washington D.C Metro area. Candidate must live within 50 miles of Washington D.C.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and processes for government contracting positions.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements.
    • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for government contracting positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
    • Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
    • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools, including Paylocity, to track candidate progress and ensure compliance with government regulations.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to government contracting and recruitment.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and industry associations, to support recruitment efforts.
    • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment processes, tools, and compliance requirements.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for government contracting positions.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of government contracting regulations, processes, and requirements.
    • Proficiency in using Paylocity or similar applicant tracking systems.
    • Technical certifications related to recruiting or human resources are highly desired.
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity.
