- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and processes for government contracting positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for government contracting positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools, including Paylocity, to track candidate progress and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to government contracting and recruitment.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and industry associations, to support recruitment efforts.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment processes, tools, and compliance requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for government contracting positions.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of government contracting regulations, processes, and requirements.
- Proficiency in using Paylocity or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Technical certifications related to recruiting or human resources are highly desired.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
