What is the role?
IntraFi is looking for a Senior Manager, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for hiring a diverse pool of top talent; building and sustaining solid relationships with hiring managers; and fulfilling all talent acquisition needs by managing the full cycle recruiting process in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires the individual to work at headquarters three days a week.Key responsibilities include:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
Identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events)
Develop and execute recruiting strategies across the organization and for specific targeted departments or positions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to final candidate selection
Identify, build, and sustain technology for best practice talent acquisition (ATS)
Stay current on market trends, diversity recruiting, and proactively identify current and future talent needs
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Conduct intake meetings to define job requirements, responsibilities, and candidate profiles
Candidate Assessment
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
Coordinate and participate in interview processes, providing valuable insights to hiring managers
Employer Branding
Promote Intrafi as an employer of choice through compelling position descriptions, engaging recruitment materials, and participation in industry events
Maintain and update company intranet
Develop approved recruitment social media posts
Data Analysis and Reporting
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on key performance indicators
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and outcomes
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and legal requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
You should possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications :5-10 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
Proven experience as a corporate recruiter or in a similar role
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with, or the ability to quickly learn, applicant-tracking software or other systems
Highly professional
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
