We are seeking an ambitious and eager recruiter to join our growing team.

You'll be a core member of Talent Acquisition at Govini, helping to expand numerous market-facing teams based in our Arlington, Virginia office and grow the company with top-tier talent.


To do this job well, you should be passionate about sourcing, recruiting, and hiring the very best person for the job.

You can work with a range of people and teams, including company executives, and you aren't afraid to puzzle through challenges to find the right solution.

This role is a full-time position located out of our office in Arlington, VA.

This role may require up to 20% travel


Scope of Responsibilities:


  • Manage fulllifecycle recruitment of sales and delivery hires with an emphasis on skill and cultural fit
  • Attract top talent and increase Govini brand awareness by eloquently and compellingly telling the Govini story
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to execute against hiring goals and workforce planning

Qualifications:


  • U.S. Citizenship is required

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience designing and ensuring the implementation of highquality recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Demonstrated success in delivering immediate recruiting results in a fastpaced, demanding, highgrowth environment
  • Experience with managing and effectively using an ATS system
  • Attention to detail while multitasking
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, oral, and written) with a keen attention to detail
  • Motivated selfstarter who is resultsoriented
  • Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing statistics and provide analytical updates to management
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and implementation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Desire and willingness to contribute to team goals and help those around you solve problems

Desired Skills:


  • Experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment
  • Previous agency recruiting experience, specializing in recruiting for sales organizations, the federal space, or experience recruiting a variety of roles in a hypergrowth organization
  • Experience creating compelling job descriptions that attract top talent
  • Proficiency and experience with Lever Proficiency using GSuite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
