    Legal Recruiting Manager - Washington, United States - The Ford Agency

    Description

    The Ford Agency is actively seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager to join a prestigious law firm in their DC office. This individual will manage a team and oversee the full cycle attorney recruitment process, including on-campus interviews, summer associate programs, and lateral attorney recruitment.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Oversee the fall recruitment program
    • Collaborate with leadership on long and short term strategies for attorney engagement and retention initiatives
    • Review applications and coordinate interviews for lateral attorneys
    • Prepare the budget for the summer associate program and assists with the department's budget as a whole
    • Manage, mentor, and coach the legal recruiting team

    Qualifications Include:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 3+ years of recruiting experience
    • 2+ years of supervisory experience
    • Experience in a law firm or other professional services firm strongly preferred
    • Budget management experience
    • Ability to manage, mentor, and train a team
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Workday or other ATS
