    About the Role:

    Cavalini is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager for a full-time position based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team, devise and execute sales strategies, foster lasting customer relationships, exceed sales objectives and participate in all major trade shows on the West Coast.

    This role focuses on the juniors market and requires staying up to date with current fashion trends. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of leadership, a passion for merchandising, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Manager must have established relationships with accounts in the territory and should be knowledgeable about all distribution and market trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand brand presence
    • Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing accounts
    • Present product lines to clients and showcase the latest collections
    • Provide excellent customer service and tailor solutions to meet client needs
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and fashion exhibitions to network and generate leads
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
    • Stay informed about customer preferences, feedback, and buying trends
    • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for business growth

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the fashion industry
    • A genuine passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current industry trends
    • Results-driven and target-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
    • Strong negotiation abilities
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from sales data
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of trend forecasting, private label sourcing, brand management, business analysis, customer service, and vendor relations
    • Experience with logistics and supply chain management
    • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain customer relationships
