- Ensure growth of the assigned customer accounts as per set Targets
- Develop new relationships in the existing customer to foster consulting and IT services business.
- Hunt new customers and bring new logos to the company
- Lead from the front
- Ensure healthy P&L of the company.
- Participate in strategizing the your portfolio growth by defining milestones including farming existing current accounts and new logos with reasonable balance, implement the same and achieve milestones as per the strategy:
- Budget in proportion revenue growth
- Invest as per budget with defined return on investment with timeline as defined in the strategy.
- Maintain defined P & L on real-time basis as per the strategy.
- Develop team of sales and practices as per budget
- Structuring the team for better execution of the strategy.
- Track and update other stakeholders on the progress on Growth biweekly.
- Understand the current state and culture of the company, align to it to obtain desired transformation.
