Sales Manager - Critical Power
Key Competencies/Behaviors/Strengths
- Manage accounts and provide solutions to meet customer specifications and applications.
- Coordinate with customers and Delta's engineering team.
- Promote products to drive revenue and achieve budget targets.

Job qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the data center, backup power, or critical power industry. Background in BSEE or BSME is advantageous. An MBA is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend customer needs, ask pertinent questions, propose solutions, and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Firm commitment to teamwork and supporting colleagues.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is desirable.
- Professional Selling Skills: Experience in managing large accounts and developing new business relationships.
- Establishing and maintaining customer relations.
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
