Description

We are in search of a Regional Sales Manager focusing on the Western US region, playing a crucial role in promoting cutting-edge energy storage solutions.

Our client is at the forefront of the industry, with production in the US and engineering expertise from Europe driving their products. In addition to a strong sales background and experience in renewable energy, a good grasp of the technical aspects of the products is essential. This knowledge will be valuable when interacting with installer and contractor clients, especially given the higher price range of the product.

These battery systems offer more than just stability to customers. They incorporate advanced technology that optimizes charging and discharging timings, leading to cost savings for customers. Furthermore, they collaborate with utility companies to sell excess power, creating an additional revenue stream for homeowners.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales objectives in the Western US region, with a particular emphasis on CA
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers, especially in the installer and distribution sectors
Collaborate closely with diverse teams, including product development and marketing
Offer training and assistance to installers, their teams, wholesale distributors, and other partners

Requirements

A robust sales background, ideally in the renewable energy field
A demonstrable history of engaging with and selling to installers and distributors
