- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration objectives.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects within the territory, establishing and nurturing relationships with dental professionals, including general dentists, periodontists, and oral surgeons.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our dental implant solutions, highlighting their clinical efficacy and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, customer service, and product development teams, to support customer needs and drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and educational events to represent the company and network with key opinion leaders and influencers in the dental community.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and professional development opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving excellence.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the dental or medical device industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and strategies.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share within their assigned territory.
