    Overview

    We are looking for talented team members with drive, ideas, and a passion for helping our customers succeed in shaping the future of S.I.N. 360. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share within their assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the dental implant or medical device industry, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects within the territory, establishing and nurturing relationships with dental professionals, including general dentists, periodontists, and oral surgeons.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our dental implant solutions, highlighting their clinical efficacy and value proposition.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, customer service, and product development teams, to support customer needs and drive business growth.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and educational events to represent the company and network with key opinion leaders and influencers in the dental community.
    • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and professional development opportunities.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products effectively.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving excellence.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the dental or medical device industry.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and strategies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (ZOHO)
