    Description

    We are looking for a sales manager for our west coast territory to support our growth in North America. A candidate who is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. The candidate will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing our company's values and strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and customer segments.
    • Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
    • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential partners.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on juices and concentrates products and their dynamics. At least 3-5 years of experience.
    • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
    • Very good level in Microsoft Office systems (PowerPoint/Excel)
    • Ability to attract new customers
    • Global experience
