Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to enhance revenue and growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Performance Management: Set performance goals, monitor progress, and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development) to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in achieving the company's objectives.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational efficiency to senior management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in sales and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the USA market dynamics and customer base.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
