- In this position, you will be responsible for strategically driving growth in our wholesale channel by cultivating new specialty accounts and identifying opportunities to expand business.
- You will collaborate cross functionally with internal partners and directly manage the existing team of sales reps.
- To find ways to identify and convert new account opportunities for the business
- To make sure right product is represented at the right region and store
- To stay up-to-date on current market trends
- To manage specialty accounts, increase business and expand distribution
- To make related projections on expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- To achieve seasonal and annual sales targets
- To manage ATS (available to sell)
- To contribute to business development and design/merchandising processes
- To analyze weekly selling reports to provide accounts with the proper marketing and selling tools and replenishment as needed and required related actions
- 8-10 years of managerial experience
- Strong background focused on apparel sales, denim experience preferred
- Experience and established relationships with specialty retailers (primarily apparel boutiques)
- Must be willing to travel for account meetings and tradeshows
- Motivated self-starter and creative problem solver
- Organized and attentive to detail; resourceful and solution oriented
- Base Salary $125k-$150k + bonus
