  • Provided administrative support for Community Organizers’ organizing training, actions at City Hall, and other locations throughout the metropolitan area, meetings and events held in the office.
  • Managed staff and meeting calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and scheduled/set up video conference calls, as well as technical trouble shooting. 
  • Maintained and updated customer relationship management systems in Salesforce.
