    Job TitleRegional Sales Manager, DCJob DescriptionWe have a position open for a Regional Sales Manager on our team in our Mid-Atlantic region Ideal candidates will reside in or around the Washington DC area.

    We Believe You'll Love this Position If...You enjoy promoting high-quality products and assisting our partners in the sales and education of Axis Communications solutions within the designated territory.

    What You'll Do Here...You will continually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users to benefit the use for all Axis solutions.

    You maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customersYou arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns and speaking seminarsYou work cohesively with Axis Communication's PartnersYou recommend proper solutions and adequate product comparisonsYou actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activitiesUse Salesforce to manage your sales activity and reportingPerform other related duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking For...Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor a presentation to meet customer needs with a responsible independent driveAbility to effectively motivate in a time-sensitive environmentTrustworthy and resourceful dispositionPublic speaking skillsMulti-tasking and time management skillsTechnical skills and learning agility to become proficient at demoing all software and technology in the Axis portfolio.

    We Believe You Will Need...At least 2 years of sales experience is preferred.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent electronic trade training5+ years' in sales driven positionStrong technical backgroundFluency in Microsoft Office applicationsPhysical demands:
    Frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more.

    Expected travel time for this position is between 10% and 20%.Target SalaryThe approximate pay range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000.

    Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.

    Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
