Job Description:

As Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing the sales team at the location. You will monitor
business metrics and
optimize processes.
As a
liaison to the manufacturer, you will ensure the
implementation of guidelines and
negotiate quotas. You will also take care of
purchasing and inventory management,
promotional activities, and
margin issues.
Through
smooth organization of
internal processes and
strengthening your employees, you will contribute to the highest levels of
customer satisfaction and
loyalty.

Requirements:

You have
several years of experience as a
sales manager (m/f/d),
center manager (m/f/d), or other
leadership experience in the
car dealership industry and work daily with
key performance indicators.
