- Scheduling: Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments using Microsoft Outlook and ProLaw.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other legal professionals, such as paralegals and court personnel.
- Communication: Maintain communication with clients, counsel, courts, and other relevant parties.
- Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and office software.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
