    We are seeking a talented and experienced People Manager to support our HR functions on a global scale. As People Manager you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the Axxess global objectives and goals, ensuring support and standardization of best practices across different regions and cultures. This opportunity requires a strong understanding of global HR practices, effective communication skills, and the ability to serve as a culture champion for our organization.

    What you will do
    • Collaborate with leaders across the globe to implement HR strategies aligned with Axxess global goals and objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams, ensuring adherence to global HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Contribute to the development of HR initiatives such as employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention programs.
    • Streamline and enhance global HR processes, policies, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Manage HR systems and tools to support HR operations and reporting needs on a global scale.
    • Partner to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture across different regions.
    • Support the implementation of global learning and development to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    • Lead succession planning by partnering with leadership to identify and develop high potential employees.
    What you bring
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a global or multinational organization.
    • Strong knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Demonstrated experience in performance management, and employee relations.
    • Proficient in HR systems and tools for data management and reporting.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, entrepreneurial, diverse and dynamic environment.
    • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as required.
