    Hello, my name is Thomas Gillitzer and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

    Job Description:

    • Manage HR service desk tickets submitted by employees and internal stakeholders for things like manager changes, job detail changes, etc.
    • Provide high-level support for general HR inquiries in relation to Compensation, HR Policy, and Benefit programs
    • Ensure data integrity in Workday by providing guidance and troubleshooting steps to make sure employees have the right manager, job profile, business title, etc. and validate any corrections with cross functional partners and managers
    • Adhere to department level policies and processes and answer questions for employees on these department specific approaches when they arise.
