    What will you contribute?


    Join our team as a vibrant Human Resources/Recruitment Intern and be at the heart of our daily operations This encompasses both HR and Talent Acquisition tasks like preparing job descriptions, screening candidates for interviews, benefits support and building reports.

    Additionally, the Intern will have the opportunity to spearhead various projects that support MoneyGram's HR efforts such as orchestrating social media campaigns, creating hiring manager toolkits and refining our SharePoint platform.


    Responsibilities & Deliverables:


    • Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, andscheduling interviews.
    • Support employee relations efforts by addressing basic employee inquiries and escalating complex issues to HR professionals.
    • Create and deliver social media content and templates that will be used as a recruitment and branding tool.
    • Revamp and restructure the teams' SharePoint sites to be more engaging and organized.
    • Manage and execute projects related to HR initiatives.

    Required Skills & Experience:



    • Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Working knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems preferred.
    • Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and SharePoint
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Previous experience in a junior HR or TA role will be considered a plus.
    Qualifications

    Anticipated Rate:
    $17 - $20 per hour
