Join our local team and use your personality and expertise to help provide assistance and care to those in need, allowing them to live in the comfort of their own homes.

We are urgently seeking a Personal Representative to support our HR team in managing and leading over 100 caregivers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


As a Human Resources Representative at Home Instead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all employees uphold the Home Instead concept with responsibility.

You will be responsible for recruiting new caregivers and will have the following tasks:


  • Managing the recruitment process
  • Conducting employee meetings
  • Supporting our trainees
  • Organizing training and development opportunities
  • Collaborating on educational programs for caregivers
  • Assisting with payroll

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Additional training as a Human Resources Representative (m/f/d) or Personnel Specialist (m/f/d)
