What to expect:


  • As a group leader, you have disciplinary and technical leadership responsibility for the entire team.
  • You and your team are responsible for the preparation, execution, and evaluation of security and performance tests.
  • You develop the strategic direction for security and performance topics and implement them with your team.
  • As the responsible person for performance testing, you are committed to endtoend implementation of use cases to create added value for our customers.
  • You advise and support the departments in creating nonfunctional requirements with your team.
  • You have the technological responsibility for our security and performance testing platform and are responsible for implementing new features, operational management, and further development.
  • You are responsible for the development and execution of nonfunctional tests to ensure high quality in an endtoend development process.
  • You are responsible for continuously expanding tools and frameworks for testing nonfunctional requirements such as performance, security, etc.

What sets you apart:


  • A completed degree combined with 5 years of professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in managing an IT organization.
  • Indepth knowledge in the area of performance testing
