As a leading provider of Managed Service Programs (MSP) for staffing solutions, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Director to spearhead our growth in this critical market area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive significant growth within the Staffing MSP space.
    • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and exceeding revenue goals.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at target companies seeking comprehensive staffing solutions.
    • Leverage deep industry knowledge to position HireXtra's MSP offering as the superior solution, highlighting the value proposition and ROI.
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating the benefits of HireXtra's technology and network.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account Management, Operations, Marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales cycle.
    • Stay current on industry trends and competitor landscape, identifying new opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within the staffing or related industry (HR services, recruitment technology).
    • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
    • Extensive experience working with Staffing Managed Service Programs (MSP) and a deep understanding of their benefits for clients.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging senior-level decision-makers.
    • Demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
    • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
