    The Director of Field Sales

    will focus on the development and growth of all field sales initiatives. The Director will coach, train, and produce data in support of our growth plans.

    Overview of Responsibilities:


    Grow our book of business by leadingall field sales initiatives, including but not limited to sales initiatives for: Technicians, Outside Sales Specialists, and Renewal Inspectors.

    Produce data to provide real time feedback on goals and metrics.
    Design and deliver training content.
    Coach and develop team members.
    Communicate professionally and effectively.
    Design and run contests and incentives to drive performance.
    Bring a 'fire in the belly' to win, create, and maintain a BEST
    Place Work Culture by living our Core Values.

    Day-to-Day Expectations will include:
    Managing

    and driving performance for all field sales initiatives.
    Evaluating

    performance and providing ongoing training with a people first mindset to ensure career development.
    Staying up to date

    with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

    Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
    Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and manage a team.
    Ethically solve problems with a strong work ethic.


    Proven track record as a sales leader overseeing and leading teams of outside sales specialists, preferably in the residential home services space.

    Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as; Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint.
    Ability to travel weekly (most travel will be in a company vehicle, mainly Tuesday to Thursday).

    Requirements:
