Overview of Responsibilities:
•Managing and driving performance for all field sales initiatives.
•Evaluating performance and providing ongoing training with a people first mindset to ensure career development.
•Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
Ensuring delivery of all our Field Leadership Playbook Activities:
•Daily check-ins
•Daily huddles
•Ride-along sales coaching sessions
•Weekly team meetings
•Engagement activities
•Monthly performance reviews
Requirements
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
•Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and manage a team.
•Ethically solve problems with a strong work ethic.
•Proven track record as a sales leader overseeing and leading teams of outside sales specialists, preferably in the residential home services space.
•Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as; Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint.
•Ability to travel weekly (most travel will be in a company vehicle, mainly Tuesday to Thursday).
