Description

The Outside Sales Specialist will focus on the development and growth of their respective territory/market. They will provide inspections, quotes, and sales, in support of our growth plans.

Overview of Responsibilities:


  • Grow our book of business by closing inquiry leads (INB) and generating creative leads (CTV).
  • INB leads are generated via Marketing efforts and are prospects/customers who request an inspection/quote.
  • CTV are leads where we created a need for the customer/prospect to get a quote, including but not limited to:
  • Leads generated by Service Technicians
  • Leads generated by Inside Sales & Customer Care Specialists
  • Door knocking on neighbors of leads/customers.
  • Quickly Visiting on businesses
  • Calling existing customers to offer free inspections/estimates for additional services.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Bring a 'fire in the belly' to win, create, and maintain a BEST
  • Place Work Culture by living our Core Values.

Day-to-Day Expectations will include:

Schedule & deliver an average of seven inspections per day.
-
Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

  • Participate in
    Outside Sales Playbook Activities:
○ Daily check-ins

○ Ride-along coaching with leaders & peers.

○ Weekly team meetings

○ Daily text performance updates

○ Call sessions.


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ethically solve problems with a strong work ethic.
  • Proven record as an Outside Sales Specialist or similar, preferably in the home services space.
  • Ability to use a smart phone/tablet to enter/process sales & leads.
  • Ability to travel daily (within assigned territory/market).
  • Valid driver's license.

Pay:
$100, $200,000.00 per year
