    Sales Manager at PERRY proTECH

    Are you interested in being part of an Employee Owner company? Join our Columbus team to expand PERRY proTECH's market share and deliver technology solutions to meet customer needs. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in finding new client relationships, meeting sales quotas, and supporting your sales team's performance.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Develop and grow a client base through cold calling and prospecting
    • Promote and sell PERRY proTECH products with expert knowledge
    • Analyze customer needs and present solutions effectively
    • Manage sales records and customer data efficiently
    • Utilize CRM software to drive sales growth
    • Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets
    • Build strong customer relationships
    • Collaborate with team members to secure appointments
    • Mentor and monitor Business Development Specialists
    • Set and achieve monthly sales goals
    • Address customer inquiries and issues

    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Effective planning and problem-solving abilities
    • Results-oriented and persistent mindset
    • Leadership and motivational skills
    • Open to feedback and continuous improvement
    • Ability to design and implement successful sales strategies
    • Self-motivated and proactive
    • Outstanding communication skills

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    This role involves frequent local and regional travel to meet with customers.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Background in sales, marketing, or business
    • Minimum of 3 years sales experience
    • Demonstrated sales performance meeting targets
    • Leadership experience with CRM utilization
