    Description

    **Sales Manager Columbus, OH**

    Responsibilities:

    Monitor the sales success and pipeline of each rep to ensure yearly goals are achieved

    Spend time in the field with reps on appointments 3-4 days a week observing sales reps effectiveness

    Leverage sales tools/technology to uncover opportunities across service footprint

    Ensure that all installation to inspection opportunities in Ignite are pursued, quoted and followed up on

    Build and maintain strong customer relationships

    Assist leadership with recruiting, interviewing, on boarding, and territory alignment

    Train new and existing reps how to be successful

    Interact with customers, vendors and co-workers in a professional manner

    Open willingness to continual learning

    Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices

    Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures and core values

    Any other duties deemed appropriate by management

    Required:

    Minimum 5 years sales experience

    Dress professional and maintain a clean vehicle

    Valid drivers license

    Pass drug and background screenings

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
