    Description

    A renowned global manufacturer of lithium battery systems catering to e-mobility and consumer electronics has solidified its presence in North America, following a track record of success in EMEA. Headquartered in Europe, the company is now expanding its footprint across the United States.

    We're in the process of expanding the team and currently seek a dynamic Sales Manager with expertise in battery systems for e-mobility to drive the growth of our customer portfolio.

    Specializing in battery systems for EV powertrains, their scope encompasses a wide range of vehicles, from buses, trucks, and rail to scooters, last-mile solutions, and light commercial vehicles.

    Despite the company being publically listed and a vast array of clients, this role offers a unique opportunity to join our North American operations during its 'start-up' phase.

    Responsibilities:

    • Spearhead the sale of battery systems and associated services to OEMs.
    • Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy tailored to your assigned segment and geographic area.
    • Cultivate and nurture a robust portfolio of accounts.
    • Act as the primary liaison, overseeing all commercial offers, terms, conditions, and negotiations throughout the contract lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in the technical aspects of the battery systems market, ideally coupled with experience in selling into the e-mobility sector.
    • Bonus points for prior experience in sales targeting heavy or light transportation.
    • Adaptability to thrive in a startup environment, embracing its challenges and opportunities.
    • A strategic mindset coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation and growth.
