    About the Company:

    Kitchen Fresh Foods (KFF) is a USDA-approved manufacturer and distributor of Ready to Eat (RTE) Prepackaged foods. KFF is recognized for its innovative Fresh Food distribution platform in the food service industry. KFF is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice to promote KFFs food solutions, focusing on Vending, Micro-Market, and Distributor accounts.

    Position Summary

    As the Regional Sales Manager, under the supervision of the Director of Sales – Foodservice, you will be responsible for building and cultivating relationships with Kitchen Fresh Foods' customers and distributor partners in the food service sector. The primary objective is to enhance the region's Revenue and Profit targets by delivering tailored solutions to both new and existing clients.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • New Business – Identify leads and offer solutions to prospective customers, surpassing volume, revenue, and cost objectives.
    • Customer Management – Regularly engage with current clients to identify additional sales opportunities, enhance key customer KPIs, and provide progress reports.
    • Voice of the Customer – Relay customer feedback and market insights to drive company growth strategies and propose impactful solutions.
    • Project Management – Oversee task resolution and new business concepts, working collaboratively across departments, and updating customers on project status.
    • Sales Forecasting – Develop and communicate sales forecasts to maintain exceptional order fulfillment standards.
    • Trade Shows – Represent the company at relevant industry trade shows.
    • Strategy – Lead initiatives to enhance category performance by refining pricing, product mix, or go-to-market strategies.

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    • Minimum of 5 years sales, category, or program management experience
    • Preferred background in Food Service or Fresh Food manufacturing, sales, or distribution
    • Proficient in conveying information with excellent communication skills
    • Ability to simplify complex solutions for customers with straightforward expectations
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications
    • Experience using CRM software
    • Willingness to travel up to 40% to meet customer needs (6-10 days per month with some overnights)
    • Reside within the Central Region (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois)
    • Capable of working a hybrid work schedule
